This is general information about these services. It is not legal advice.

This policy applies to digital products sold by LIGHT & SALT BROADCASTING (LSB) LLC on lsbapps.com and the tools offered from that catalog. The catalog page itself does not charge a card. A charge is made on the tool you buy.

  • 14-day refund window: email support@lsbapps.com from the purchase email within 14 days if the product does not work as described or you bought it by mistake. We refund through the original payment method (Stripe). A USDC payment is refunded in a USD-equivalent amount of USDC to an address you provide.
  • After 14 days, or after substantial use (for example, a generated plan or pack has been downloaded, or a counted credit has been spent), the purchase is final except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Please contact us before a chargeback. We try to resolve a billing problem within 2 business days.
